Our Policies

We typically try to ship packages out within 5-7 days via USPS or UPS. Every precaution will be taken to insure your package arrives to you in good condition, however , we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping (after it leaves our care) or for loss due to porch theft. 

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on any personal care goods. This includes soaps, lotion bar, body butters, and salves. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. We will request photos, evaluate the situation, and we will do our best to make it right. 

Due to the nature of hand crafted, hand cut soaps, size and weight are approximate.

All soaps are external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use near eyes or sensitive areas. 

Remove/discard all decorative toppings (botanicals, pinecones, dried fruit, cinnamon sticks, etc) from soap before use. 

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Exfoliating/scrubby soaps contain one or more ingredients such as coffee grounds, fine pumice, ground oats, or poppy seeds. Care should be taken so as to not scratch or irritate skin. Lather soap in hands, on a washcloth, or one of our 100% natural/eco friendly soap saver bags. Do not lather directly on skin.

To help your soap bar last longer, always leave it in a self-draining soap dish or hang it in one of our soap saver bags. Do not let it sit in water.
